During temporary acute diarrhea, Diaralia which is a homeopathic treatment from the Boiron laboratory can be administered, but for a short duration of treatment. Diaralia is a box of forty tablets. Treatment with Diaralia must be short-term and is reserved for children over 6 years old and adults.
Diaralia contains three interesting homeopathic strains for the treatment of diarrhea:
Arsenicum album 9 CH,
China rubra 5 CH,
Podophyllum peltatrum 9 CH.
The tablet is 300 mg and each of these strains is 1 mg. The other ingredients are sucrose, lactose monohydrate, and magnesium stearate.
Dosage of Diaralia, homeopathy for diarrhea
In case of diarrhea, you are advised to take 1 tablet of Diaralia to suck, 4 to 6 times a day. Treatment must be stopped when the diarrhea disappears, but it must last for a maximum of 3 days.
This treatment must be taken away from meals.
If you forget to take a dose, do not double it.
If you should not have taken this treatment, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Contraindications of Diaralia homeopathic tablets
This treatment should not be taken before the age of 6 to avoid any missteps.
In case of vomiting, high fever or blood in the stools, Diaralia homeopathic treatment should not be taken, you are advised to see your doctor. This is also the case if symptoms persist beyond three days.
Be careful in the event of dehydration due to diarrhea, you must consult your doctor to consider rehydration.
This treatment contains sucrose, which is why it is contraindicated in cases of fructose intolerance, glucose and galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency (rare metabolic diseases).
It is also contraindicated in cases of galactosemia, glucose and galactose malabsorption syndrome or lactase deficiency (rare metabolic diseases) because one of its excipients is lactose.
