What does Bio Dr Valnet Roman chamomile essential oil contain?
This organic Roman chamomile essential oil from Doctor Valnet is chemotyped isobutyl and isoamyl angelates. These two active ingredients are monoterpene esters which seem to bring interesting virtues to this essential oil. First of all, this organic oil is believed to have calming and relaxing properties, capable of calming anxiety and stress of any origin, but also of promoting the quality of sleep and falling asleep. Then, still thanks to these esters, it would be anti-inflammatory. Indeed, monoterpene esters make it possible to locally strengthen blood flow. Roman chamomile essential oil is therefore effective against skin inflammation when applied topically. Finally, it is traditionally used for its analgesic qualities, capable of alleviating pain and other neuralgia, through its presumed action on sensory receptors.
