100% pure and natural, Doctor Valnet's tropical basil essential oil (Lamiaceae family) comes from organic farming.
Basil, native to India, is a plant approximately 30 cm high which presents its stems to the sun, the tips of which are made up of heart-shaped leaves. It is present in the south of France and on plates to make the essential pistou.
It is the leaves which produce this organic tropical basil essential oil, once steam distilled, and which is beneficial for digestion and helps to calm and give tone and cheerfulness. It acts as an energy regulator, sometimes stimulating, sometimes relaxing.
This tropical basil essential oil can be used in different ways to reap all the benefits.
Diluted in vegetable oil, it can be applied to combat aches, muscle pain or protect against mosquitoes.
In belly massage, it combats constipation and abdominal pain, reducing heartburn and nausea. On clothing, it will act as a barrier against insects. Added to a piece of sugar, it will promote digestion and ward off the feeling of general fatigue.
Diffused in a room, it has a soothing action and calms hot flashes.
In the bath, it will help to relax and ward off stress.
And in the kitchen, it will facilitate digestion by mixing it with pasta sauce and will flavor the table oil making it more assimilable.
