Directions for use
Place the pad on the breast with the adhesives facing up and down your nipple.Remove the protective adhesives and put your bra back in place, pressing lightly on the pad to secure it securely.Clean your breasts before and after breastfeeding. Remember to change your pads at least 3 times a day, after breastfeeding.
