Drill Allergy Cetirizine 10 mg is an anti-allergic medication prescribed as part of treatment for seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis and its symptoms (sneezing, clear runny nose, itching, stuffy nose), in cases of allergic conjunctivitis (watering, itching, redness) as well as to relieve the symptoms of chronic hives.

It contains cetirizine dihydrochloride, its active substance dosed at 10 mg, while its other components are Betadex, povidone, sodium cyclamate, cellulose powder, monosodium citrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and apple flavor (which notably contains maltodextrin). It comes in the form of white, round, scored tablets to suck.

What is the dosage of Drill Allergy Cetirizine 10 mg?

This medication must be taken scrupulously following the instructions in the leaflet or your doctor's prescriptions. It is reserved for adults and adolescents over 12 years old and should not be taken more than 1 tablet per day, i.e. 10 mg.

In the case of kidney failure, it is recommended to halve the daily dose and take only half a tablet per day, or even every two days, if the kidney failure is severe.

What are the precautions for using Drill Allergy antihistamine?

Drill Allergy Cetirizine 10 mg is strictly prohibited if the patient suffers from serious kidney disease (severe renal failure with creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min) or if he is allergic to one of the components.

It is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
