The excipient with a notable effect is ethanol, the content of which is 45% V/V.
Dosage of Drosera complex n°64
For adults and children aged 12, the recommended dosage is 20 drops of Drosera complex n°64 3 times a day or 5 to 10 drops after a coughing fit, without exceeding 60 drops per day.
Duration of treatment: do not exceed 15 days without medical advice.
Children from 30 months will use 5 drops per day spread throughout the day.
Respect an interval of at least 4 hours between two doses.
Maximum treatment duration 5 days
This homeopathic medicine should preferably be taken away from meals, in a little water. Keep the medicine under the tongue before swallowing (sublingual route).
Space out the doses as soon as improvement occurs and stop taking them as soon as the symptoms disappear.
Contraindications to the use of Drosera complex No. 64
The presence of ethanol in the composition makes the use of this medication dangerous in alcoholic subjects. It must also be taken into consideration in pregnant women, in cases of breastfeeding, in children, or in high-risk groups such as people with liver failure or epileptics.
Given the presence of the Pulsatilla strain in the formula, this medication should not be used in cases of otitis or sinusitis without medical advice.
