Ducray Kelual DS Soothing Cream 40ml is a targeted treatment specially formulated for teenagers and adults with irritated, red, and flaky skin. It helps reduce redness, soothe itching, and minimize flaking associated with seborrheic dermatitis and skin prone to Malassezia overgrowth.

Its patented formula combines Ciclopirox Olamine and Piroctone Olamine, two purifying active ingredients that help reduce the proliferation of Malassezia yeast, one of the main causes of redness and scaling. Enriched with Glycyrrhetinic Acid, it provides immediate soothing relief while moisturizing the skin with its lightweight gel-cream texture.
