Directions:
Massage the affected areas (thighs, legs, back, joints,. . . ) minimum 15 minutes before the effort. The gel could be applied in preparatory massage, 2 hours before the effort to activate the circulation, and better fight muscular stress. Do not swallow. Do not apply to sensitive or irritated areas. In case of contact with eyes or mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with clear water. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Suspend the application if the sensation of heat becomes too intense (hot water and perspiration can increase the sensation of heat with or without tingling). Do not apply to children or pregnant or nursing women. External use.
