Directions:
Before sport, apply in prolonged massage on the areas to protect. In case of intense frictions (Marathon, Triathlon, Ski Raid,. . . ), apply a second layer without massage. The massage cream can be also applied in preparation for a competition. Apply the cream daily 20 days before. External use. Do not swallow. Do not apply to sensitive or irritated areas. Do not apply in children. In case of contact with the eyes or mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Store away from heat.
