Mixture of branched amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL), Vegetable capsule: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Directions:
Take 6 capsules per day, preferably 3 capsules 1h30 before training or the test and 3 capsules 1h30 after training with a large glass of water. To be taken during periods of intensive training or competition over 20 days, to be renewed at least 20 days apart. Do not exceed the recommended dose. It is advisable to consume this food supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Close well after opening. Store away from heat and humidity. Keep out of the reach of young children.
