Description
Elastoplast Cohesive Contention Bandage 7cm x 3m is a tape that adheres to itself and is very flexible. It provides support and restraint for joints and muscles.
Self-adhesive, it adheres to itself without sticking to skin or hair, and can be removed without leaving any trace of glue.
Highly flexible, it firmly holds compresses for joint and muscle support.
Comfortable and durable, this cohesive compression bandage is water resistant.
Latex-free.
Directions for use
Unroll a sufficient length to allow the strip to relax.
Apply the compression bandage to the muscle or joint to be maintained. In the case of a wound, cover it with a compress or bandage before applying the bandage.
Make a first turn with the band without tightening too much.
Continue applying the tape with sufficient tension in partially overlapping circles to provide the necessary support.
Tear the strip and press it on itself without exerting any tension.
To avoid circulation problems, do not apply the tape too tightly and check it regularly.
In case of tingling and stinging, remove and reapply the strip with lighter tension.
If pain persists, seek medical attention.
