Directions for Use

For immediate relief:

• Apply directly to the sensitive tooth with a clean fingertip.
• Gently massage for 1 minute.
• Use up to twice daily.

For long-term relief and whitening:

• Brush your teeth twice daily.

Children:

• Under 12 years: Do not apply with a fingertip. Use a soft toothbrush and brush all sensitive areas twice daily.
• Up to 6 years: Use a pea-sized amount under adult supervision to minimize swallowing.
• If fluoride is obtained from other sources, consult a dentist or healthcare professional.

Close the tube after each use to maintain product quality.
