Directions:

In dry period: take 1 measure of 30g as a snack at 10am or 4pm and in the evening before bedtime. On training days: take 1 measure of 30g, 2 to 3 hours before sport once during the day and then before bedtime, to provide the muscles with the proteins necessary for their development and recovery. On days of rest: take 1 scoop of 30g as a snack at 10am or 4pm and in the evening before bedtime. To prepare the drink: 1 measuring spoon = 30g. Add 1 measure of 30g in 200-250ml of cold water.
