Produced in a workshop using: milk, soya, gluten, egg, fish, shellfish and sulphites.
Directions:
1 measuring spoon = 30g. Add 1 measure of 30g in 250ml of cold water. Mix vigorously and enjoy. Training days: Take 1 measure of 30g one hour before training then 1 measure of 30 g just after training to provide the muscles with the proteins necessary for muscle development. On days of rest: Take 1 scoop of 30g as a snack at 10am or 4pm and in the evening before bedtime. Comply with the instructions for use. Use as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
