Directions:
Infuse 1 pyramid in just simmering water, 1 to 2 times a day. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture. Cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. It is recommended to respect the recommended daily dose. People with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption. Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice. Not recommended for children.
