Fervex Kids Cold Sachets are a sugar-free, raspberry-flavored medicine formulated for children weighing 21 kg or more (approximately 6 years and older). It is used for the short-term symptomatic treatment of colds, rhinitis, nasopharyngitis, and flu-like conditions.

Fervex Kids helps relieve symptoms including clear runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, headaches, and fever. Its three active ingredients provide antihistamine, pain-relieving and fever-reducing, and vitamin C actions.

Each sachet contains paracetamol, pheniramine maleate, and vitamin C and is prepared as a drink by dissolving the contents of the sachet in a sufficient amount of cold or warm water.

Indications

Fervex Kids is indicated for children weighing 21 kg or more (approximately 6 years and older) for the symptomatic treatment of:

Active Ingredients

Each 3 g sachet contains:

• Paracetamol – 280 mg

• Pheniramine Maleate – 10 mg

• Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) – 100 mg

Other Ingredients

Mannitol (E421), anhydrous citric acid, povidone, anhydrous magnesium citrate, acesulfame potassium, and raspberry flavor containing Allura Red AC (E129), Brilliant Blue FCF (E133), benzyl alcohol, traces of sodium benzoate (E211), and ethanol.

Directions for Use

The dosage must be determined according to the child's weight.

• 21–25 kg (approximately 6–10 years): 1 sachet every 12 hours as needed, maximum 2 sachets per day.

• 26–40 kg (approximately 10–12 years): 1 sachet every 8 hours as needed, maximum 3 sachets per day.

• 41–50 kg (approximately 12–15 years): 1 sachet every 6 hours as needed, maximum 4 sachets per day.

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a sufficient amount of cold or warm water before taking.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol, pheniramine, or other antihistamines at the same time unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Treatment should not be used frequently or for prolonged periods without medical supervision. If pain or fever persists beyond 3 days, or symptoms worsen or new symptoms appear, medical advice should be sought.

Important Information

This medicine is intended for children weighing 21 kg or more. It may cause drowsiness or reduced alertness, particularly at the beginning of treatment.

Fervex Kids should not be used in cases of severe liver impairment, risk of angle-closure glaucoma, risk of urinary retention related to certain urinary or prostate disorders, or known allergy to any of its active ingredients or excipients.

Because this product contains paracetamol, it is important to avoid combining it with other paracetamol-containing medicines to prevent accidental overdose.
