Shake well before use. Take 1 cup of 50ml a day, to dilute in a glass of water (200ml) preferably in the morning. Recommended duration of 10 days. Renewable program of 3 weeks to each season change. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Does not substitute to a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. After opening, store in a fresh and consumme in the 15 following days.
