promote faster falling asleep thanks to melatonin dosed at 1,9mg,
improve the quality of sleep by reducing nocturnal awakenings thanks to California poppy.
The formula is completed by the neurotransmitter GABA (Aminobutiric Acid), naturally present in the body, and by Valerian and Linden.

Directions for use
Take a maximum of 1 chewing gum per day, in the evening, ½ hour before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Prolonged use is not recommended.
Do not drive or use machinery for 4 to 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 without medical advice.
If taking medication (antidepressants, sleeping pills and other sedatives, ...) do not consume without medical advice.
A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of the reach of young children.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light, in its tightly closed packaging.
