Forté Pharma Forté Nuit 60 Gummies is a food supplement with a dual action formula that helps:
to facilitate a faster sleep thanks to the melatonin dosed at 1,9mg,
improve the quality of sleep by reducing night-time awakenings thanks to the California poppy.
The formula is completed by the neuromediator GABA (?-aminobutyric acid), naturally present in the body, and by valerian, lemon balm and lime.
Blueberry taste.

Directions for use
Take a maximum of 1 chewing gum per day, in the evening, ½ hour before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Prolonged use is not recommended.
Do not drive or operate machinery for 4 to 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years old without medical advice.
If you are taking medication (antidepressants, sleeping pills and other sedatives,...) do not consume without medical advice.
A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of young children.
