Directions:
Take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water (200 ml), preferably in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Prolonged use over 3 months is not recommended. Contains eleutherococcus, contraindicated in cases of high blood pressure. Should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age without medical advice. Contains caffeine (0. 2 mg per day), not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children.
