Directions:
Take 1 tablet in the evening with a large glass of water, 1/2 hour before sleeping. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. Does not substitute to a varied and balanced food and to a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended to pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not consume without medical advice when treating antidepressants, sleeping pills and other sedatives. Not recommended for prolonged use. Do not drive or operate machinery within 4 to 5 hours of taking melatonin. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.
