Composition:
Bulking agents (isomalt, microcrystalline cellulose), coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol), Anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), melatonin (1mg).
Directions:
Take one tablet per day with a glass of water, before going to bed. In case of jet-lag, take one tablet per day with a large glass of water before going to bed, after the first day of travel and the following days. Not advised for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Don't drive during 4-5 hours after the melatonin intake.
