Forté Pharma Melatonin Spray 1900 20ml is a melatonin-based dietary supplement that promotes faster falling asleep (melatonin helps to reduce the time to sleep for a consumption of 1 mg (1000µg) of melatonin before bedtime). It helps reduce the effects of jet lag (melatonin contributes to this for a minimum dose of 0. 5mg before bedtime). Poppy and lemon balm complete the formula. It is non-addictive. Its nomadic format, practical and without the addition of water, allows a rapid assimilation by the body. Natural vanilla aroma.

Indications:

Difficulty falling asleep, jet lag, nighttime awakenings.

Composition:

Ingredients per maximum daily dose (6 sprays): stabilizer (glycerol), aqueous liquid extract of poppy (Papaver rhoeas L. ) (80mg plant equivalent), aqueous dry extract of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L. ) (25mg plant equivalent), acidifier (citric acid), preservatives (sodium benzaote, potassium sorbate), melatonin, natural vanilla flavour.

Directions:

Shake before use. In case of night awakenings or difficulty falling asleep: 4 to 6 mouth sprays per day. In case of jetlag: 2 to 6 mouth sprays per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Prolonged use is not recommended. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. A dietary supplement should not be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children without medical advice. Do not drive or operate machinery within 4 to 5 hours after taking Melatonin.
