Directions:
Take 1 effervescent tablet per day, to dissolve in a large glass of water (200ml), preferably in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excess use may result in laxative effects. Not recommended for people on antidiabetic treatment. Not recommended for people allergic to bee products, having asthma or atopic conditions.
