Description
Gavisconell Mint Sugar-Free is an anti-reflux medicine in convenient single-dose sachets. It is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of heartburn, acid regurgitation, and indigestion associated with gastroesophageal reflux. After ingestion, Gavisconell forms a lightweight, viscous gel that floats above the stomach contents. This creates a physical barrier that helps prevent reflux and protects the esophagus from irritating stomach contents. Pasted markdown
Active Ingredients
Each 10 mL sachet contains:
- Sodium Alginate – 500 mg
- Sodium Bicarbonate – 267 mg Pasted markdown

Indications
Gavisconell Mint Sugar-Free is intended for adults and children over 12 years of age experiencing:
- Heartburn
- Acid reflux or acid regurgitation
- Indigestion associated with reflux
- Reflux symptoms after meals
- Reflux symptoms during pregnancy
How to Use
Adults, including elderly people, and children over 12 years: Take 1 sachet 3 times daily, after the three main meals and, if necessary, at bedtime.
The dosage may be doubled in cases of severe reflux or inflammation of the esophagus.
Children under 12 years should use this medicine only on medical advice. Pasted markdown (3)

Precautions
Each sachet contains 142.5 mg of sodium and 160 mg of calcium carbonate. This should be taken into consideration by people following a low-sodium diet or those with certain kidney conditions. Pasted markdown (3)
Gavisconell contains methyl and propyl parahydroxybenzoate, which may cause allergic reactions, including delayed reactions. Pasted markdown (3)
As a precaution, allow approximately 2 hours between taking Gavisconell and other medicines. Pasted markdown (3)
Gavisconell may be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any medicine during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Pasted markdown (3)
Possible Side Effects
