Composition of Gelsemium granules
The strain of this homeopathic medicine is Gelsemium.
Gelsemium sempervirens is a perennial plant which belongs to the Loganiaceae family. It is also called Carolina Jasmine in reference to its region of origin (southeast United States). Gelsemium sempervirens is a plant toxic to humans. However, it produces magnificent yellow flowers, rich in nectar, which hummingbirds and bees are fond of.
Gelsemium granules also contains the following excipients with known effect: sucrose and lactose.
Method of administration of Gelsemium granules
This homeopathic medicine comes in the form of a tube containing homeopathic granules. This strain is also available in single dose with Gelsemium dose.
It should only be taken orally.
You will need to let the granules melt under your tongue. However, for children under 6 years old, it will be necessary to dissolve the granules in a glass containing a little water.
