For the placement and maintenance of the elbow orthosis:Put the orthosis on the arm. The pads should be placed at the level of the painful tendons (just below the elbow). Tighten with the passer-by so as to obtain a firm but comfortable hold. Contraindication :Any pathology requiring orthopedic treatment by plaster, resin or surgery. The orthosis should not be put in direct contact with a skin lesion. Keep the orthosis away from excessive heat. Hand wash in warm soapy water (maximum 40 °). Dry flat away from excessive heat.
