Directions:
Put the child on the back and administer saline or isotonic diluted seawater solution into each baby nostril to facilitate the aspiration of secretions. Place the mouthpiece in the mouth of the user, position the nosepiece in the baby nostril and aspirate. Repeat the operation in the other nostril.
