Fish oil rich in DHA contributes to the normal functioning of the brain. Vitamins B6 and B12 play a major role in the normal functioning of the nervous system. With the vitamin B9, they contribute to maintain normal psychological functions such as the memory and the learning. Vitamin D participates to the absorption and normal use of calcium and phosphor, essential minerals for the nervous cells.

Directions:
