Directions:
Shake the gourd. Pour into a bowl or directly into a spoon. Taste. Suitable for babies from 4 months old, unless otherwise advised by your doctor. Do not leave children under 36 months with the cap unattended. Never put the bottle directly into the microwave. Store at room temperature before opening and for 24 hours in the refrigerator after opening.
