Directions for use
Before 5 years: 2 teaspoons in the morning and 1 in the evening for 1 month.
After 5 years: 2 teaspoons in the morning and 2 in the evening for 1 month.
In program of 1 month to renew if necessary.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended for people on anticoagulant treatment.
It is advisable to consume this supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
