Directions for use
Take 1 tablet in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime, with a large glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women, children and adolescents, people with epilepsy, asthmatics, suffering from autoimmune or inflammatory diseases, mood disorders, behaviour or personality, and to persons who are required to perform an activity requiring sustained vigilance where drowsiness may pose a safety concern.
