Directions for use
Pour le sportif :
The day before the event: take 5 chewable tablets spread over the day.

Before exercise: take 1 tablet just before the event.
During muscular effort: 1 chewable tablet every hour.
After muscular effort: 1 chewable tablet after the event, repeated every hour until improvement.
The day after the event: divide into 5 tablets to be chewed during the day to improve recovery.
For other people: Take 5 chewable tablets throughout the day.
Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
Keep out of reach of young children.
This dietary supplement should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended for the elderly or people with kidney disease.
