Granions Pro Somnis Sleep Flash Melatonin 1900 20 Sublingual Tablets is a food complement especially formulated for all the people prone to the problems of sleep related to a shifted rhythm. It is intended to facilitate the endormissement and to attenuate the effects of the jet lag thanks to its dosage of 1,9 Mg of melatonin.
Its formula is supplemented by magnesium. Its sublingual form allows a release of 99,4% of the active ingredients in 2 minutes and a peak of melatonin in 10 minutes in blood.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet under the tongue in the evening before bedtime or in case of awakening during the night, on a one-time basis or in a 20-day program. Repeat if necessary.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, children and adolescents, people with epilepsy, asthma, mood, behavioral or personality disorders, people who have to perform an activity requiring sustained vigilance where drowsiness could pose a safety problem, people suffering from inflammatory or autoimmune diseases (melatonin).
A slight granular appearance is normal and may be seen on the tablet due to the presence of magnesium.
It is recommended to consume this food supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
