Granions Psyllium Blond 1000 mg 60 Capsules is a dietary supplement with a high psyllium content to facilitate intestinal transit. The formula is completed by caraway, an active ingredient recognized for helping to limit digestive discomforts such as bloating, as well as prune, mallow and magnesium.

Directions for use
Attack phase (15 days): 4 capsules.
Maintenance phase (1 month): 2 capsules.
Take with a full glass of water in the evening, preferably before a meal.
Do not exceed recommended dose.

Do not use if taking medication (psyllium) at the same time.
