Description
Granions Transit Complex 290 g is a dietary supplement containing psyllium, apple fiber and oat fiber.
This product acts on constipation and digestive comfort.
Psyllium promotes regular intestinal transit and optimal digestion.
Its formula is enriched with apple and oat fiber, as well as vitamin B2, which helps maintain healthy mucous membranes.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, no colorants, no preservatives, no artificial flavoring, no added sugar.
This jar makes 58 servings of 5 grams each.

Directions for use
We recommend using this product gradually:
Consume 1 dose (5 g) per day in a large glass of water (200 ml).
Younger children may take ½ dose (2.5 g) per day in a large glass of water (200 ml).
It can be eaten in a variety of ways:
Hot or cold drinks (coffee, tea, juice...)
Hot or cold foods (soup, yogurt, compote...)
Preparations (cooking or blending)
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture.
This dietary supplement should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if taking concomitant medication, in case of undiagnosed rectal bleeding and inability to defecate associated with the use of a laxative, in case of abnormal narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract, in case of diseases of the oesophagus and cardia, potential or existing intestinal blockage, intestinal paralysis or megacolon, in case of swallowing disorders.
Not recommended for children under 6, pregnant and breast-feeding women.
