Composition:

Minerals: Potassium Bicarbonate, Magnesium Citrate, Selenium Yeast; Copper Gluconate, Bulking Agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Anti-Caking Agent: Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate, Vitamins: B12 (Maltodextrine), B6, B1, Coating Ingredients: Hydroxymethylcellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Anti-Caking Agent: Stearic Acid.

Directions:

Orally: 2 tablets per day with a glass of water, preferably without meals. From the onset of muscle contraction: take 2 tablets per day until the desired effect is obtained. In anticipation of prolonged and/or sustained muscular effort: take 2 tablets per day as a 15-day treatment. Do not exceed the recommended dose. To be used as a food supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children.
