Specially created to those having sleeping problems: shifted rhythms, travelers, night workers, it will help you find a natural, restful sleep affecting your sleep-wake rhythm. Its formula is a unique combination of several active ingredients:melatonin: "sleep hormone" acts on the regulation of wake-up rhythms and on the attenuation of the effects of jet lag at the dose of 1 mg per day. It reduces the time of falling asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by the consumption of 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. 4 specifically selected plants, whose benefits on sleep and restorative sleep are traditionally recognized:Hawthorn promotes a relaxing action. Hops and valerian help to limit nervous states and regain a calm and restful sleep. Passiflora, also called passion flower, completes the formula. Without titanium dioxide.

Directions:
On the first day, take a tablet with a large glass of water half an hour before bedtime. Repeat the dose on the following days as needed. Keep away from heat and moisture. It is advisable to consume a dietary supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not recommended for pregnant and nursing women, children and adolescents, people with epilepsy, asthmatics, suffering from mood disorders, behaviour or personality or activity requiring sustained vigilance where drowsiness may be a safety concern for individuals with inflammatory or autoimmune diseases (melatonin). The consumption of dietary supplements containing melatonin in combination with drug treatment should be discussed with a physician or pharmacist. Use is not recommended for children under 12 years (valerian), not recommended in case of personal or family history of hormone-dependent cancer (hops).
