Cut approximately 18 inches of floss and wind most of it around the middle fingers of both hands.
Gently guide the floss between the teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Curve it into a āCā shape around each tooth and carefully move it up and down along the tooth surface and just below the gumline.
Use a clean section of floss for each interdental space. Use at least once daily, preferably before brushing.
Use gently to avoid damaging the gums. Keep out of reach of young children. Children should use dental floss only under adult supervision.
