Use approximately 45cm of floss and wrap it aroung your middle fingers, by taking care to let a few centimeters of floss on the center. Tense the thread by pinching it between thumbs and index fingers. Slowly slide the stretched floss between the teeth, to the gum. Then, holding the wire against the tooth, make a vertical movement from the gum to the tooth.
