Directions for Use
For Infants (3 months+) and Children
- Use 2 sprays per nostril, 2–3 times daily before meals.
For Adults and Adolescents (16+ years)
- Use 1–3 sprays per nostril, 2–3 times daily before meals.
Application Steps:
- Tilt your head to one side.
- Insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and spray firmly for 2–3 seconds.
- Repeat for the other nostril after tilting your head to the opposite side.
- Blow your nose to remove mucus.
- Clean the nozzle with hot water after each use.

- Do not use for more than 5 consecutive days.
