Reserved for adults. Shake the bulb before employment. Given the natural character of the product, a slight deposit may appear, without harming its quality. Tap each end of the bulb to weaken them. Break the 1st end out of the glass to avoid any drop in debris. Turn over the bulb by placing the 1st end above the glass. Break the 2nd end, out of the glass and let the liquid flow. Add the equivalent of a glass of water (250 ml)
