Folic acid, B & D + iodine vitamins, selenium, magnesium + iron (high digestive tolerance).

Vitamin B9¹ contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy. Folic acid supplementation increases maternal status in folate. A low folate status in mother increases the risks of the appearance of neural tube abnormalities in developing fetus (the beneficial effect is obtained in women of child procure by the consumption of 400 µg of folic acid per day, at least a month before design and up to three months after design). 

Iron, zinc and vitamins B9, B12, D play a role in the cellular division process and zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis. 

The consumption of Dha² by the mother contributes to the normal development of the eyes and the brain of the fetus (the beneficial effect is obtained in pregnant women by the daily consumption of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the daily consumption of omega-3 fatty acids recommended for adults, or 250 mg of DHA and EPA). 

The iron bisglycinate guarantees very good digestive tolerance (non -constipation).
