Directions:
Dilute the contents of one sachet in 750 ml of water and drink in small sips. Before the effort: 1 sachet. During the effort: 1 sachet per hour of effort. After the effort: 1 sachet. Do not exceed more than 5 sachets per day. Consume the reconstituted drink during the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep away from humidity and light. Store at a temperature below 25°C.
