Composition:
L-5 HTP extracted from seeds of Griffonia simplicifolia; Melatonin; Riboflavin (Vitamin B2); Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6); Anticaking agents : Silica, Magnesium Stearate; Bulking agent: Cellulose.
Directions:
Take 1 tablet one hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if the security seal is broken or missing.
