Kreosotum complex n°62, from Lehning in drops, is a medicine composed of 5 homeopathic strains. It is traditionally used in the symptomatic treatment of fatty coughs.
Composition of Lehning Kreosotum wet cough
Its active substances are Kreosotum 3 DH (6 ml), Chelidonium majus 3 DH (6 ml), Terebenthina 3 DH (6 ml), Stannum metallicum 8 DH (6 ml) and Silicea 8 DH (6 ml) for an oral solution of 30 ml.
The excipients are composed of ethanol, purified water and lactose. The ethanol (alcohol) content is 46% V/V.
Dosage of Kreosotum complex n°62 Lehning
Kreosotum complex n°62 Lehning is used in adults and children aged 12 and over.
Its dosage is 20 drops 3 times a day, to be administered orally, after dilution with water, and preferably outside of meals. The medicine will be kept under the tongue before swallowing.
Unless medically advised otherwise, the duration of use is limited to 10 days.
Precautions for using this medication for wet cough
Given its alcohol content, Kreosotum complex n°62 Lehning should not be used in children or during breastfeeding and pregnancy. Its use can also be dangerous in people with liver failure, epileptics and in cases of chronic alcoholism. It should therefore be avoided in these situations.
The presence of the Silicea strain prohibits the use of this medication in cases of otitis or sinusitis without medical advice.

Kreosotum complex n°62 Lehning must be stored at a temperature below 25°C.
