Lehning L107 orodispersible tablets are used in the adjuvant treatment of acute gastroenteritis. It is a homeopathic medicine.
The strains of this medicine are: Arsenicum album 6 DH, Belladonna 3 DH, Chamomilla vulgaris 9 DH, China rubra 3 DH, Colocynthis 4 DH, Ipeca 4 DH, Mercurius corrosivus 6 DH, and Nux vomica 4 DH.
The other ingredients are: lactose, mannitol, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.
This medication is reserved for adults and children over 30 months.
Lehning L107 gastroenteritis dosage
The dosage of the drug L107 from the Lehning laboratory is for adults to take one tablet after each liquid stool, and to space it out according to improvement (maximum 6 tablets per day).
On medical advice only, the medication L107 Lehning can be given to children from 30 months of age at the rate of one tablet after each liquid stool, spaced according to improvement (maximum 3 tablets per day). Indeed, the diagnosis, initiation and monitoring of the treatment of acute gastroenteritis must be ensured by the doctor.
If there is no improvement within 48 hours, consult a doctor.
You should let the tablet dissolve under the tongue, preferably outside of meals.
In children under 6 years old, the tablet will be dissolved in a little water before taking to avoid misuse.
The maximum duration of treatment is 5 days.
Precautions for use of Lehning L107 orodispersible tablet
The homeopathic medicine Lehning L107 is contraindicated in children under 30 months of age, if you are allergic to the active substances or to one of the other components contained in this medicine.
Patients with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome should not take this medicine.
This medication should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
