The drug L72 from the Lehning laboratory is indicated in cases of minor sleep disorders resulting from general stress, emotionality and anxiety states.
Composition of Lehning L72 orodispersible tablet
Presented in the form of orodispersible tablets, it contains a compound of several homeopathic strains of different dilutions:
3.75 mg of Asa foetida 6DH
3.75 mg of Avena sativa TM
3.75 mg of Chamomilla Vulgaris 3DH
3.75 mg Cicuta virosa 6DH
3.75 mg of Hyoscyanmus niger 1DH
3.75 mg of Ignatia amara 3 DH
3.75 mg of Nux vomica 3DH
3.75 mg of Staphysagria 4 DH
3.75 mg of Stumbulus moschatus 6 DH
3.75 mg of Valeriana officinalis 2 DH
For 1 tablet of 250 mg
The other ingredients are mannitol (E421), lactose, croscarmellose sodium, natural chamomile flavor and magnesium stearate.
Dosage of Lehning L72 Sleep
This medication is suitable for adults and children over 30 months.
For children aged 30 months to 12 years, the dosage is 1 tablet at midday, before dinner and at bedtime, for a maximum duration of 10 days.
Regarding administration, it is best to take the tablets outside of meals and dissolve them in a little water for children between 30 months and 6 years old.
For adults and children aged 6 and over, let the tablet melt under the tongue (sublingual use).
Concerning the dosage for adults and children over 12 years old, it is reduced to 2 tablets at midday, before dinner and at bedtime, over a period not exceeding 2 weeks.
Space out the doses as soon as you improve and stop taking them as soon as the symptoms disappear.
If no improvement is felt after two weeks in adults and after 10 days in children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Precautions for using L72 homeopathy for sleep
This homeopathic medicine should under no circumstances be administered to children under 30 months of age and to people allergic to any of the ingredients.
Any prescription of this medication, particularly to children, must be subject to mandatory medical advice in order to avoid any complications.
If you are breastfeeding, pregnant or planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor for advice before taking L72.
