Laboratoire ACM ACM. 20 10 Sachets is a food supplement adapted to enhance the muscle work and recuperation by sedentary users when they start a new physical activity or by athletic users when resuming training or in period of dosed competitions or intensive training. For a better tolerance to exercise and an improved recovery, it contains a specific lactoserum protein that is very easily absorbed and comprises all the essential amino acids. This protein is exceptionally rich in branched-chain amino acids (approximately 20 - 30%) and in glutamic acid (17%). It contains vitamins B1, B2, PP, B6, E and zinc. Proteins contribute to raise and maintain the muscle mass. Vitamin B6 contributes to keep a normal metabolism to proteins and glycogen. Zinc contributes to get a normal protein synthesis. Magnesium contributes to keep a normal muscle function. Riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and magnesium contribute to reduce tiredness.

Directions:
Take 1 sachet per day in a glass of water. Can be diluted in a yogurt or juice. To take during 20 days minimum.
