Directions:
Take one tablet per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not combine if taking antidepressants, antihypertensives, sleeping pills and other sedatives without medical advice. Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women. Do not drive a vehicle or machine within four to five hours after taking it.
